Using this website
This website is provided for general information about our services. Content may change at any time. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship on its own.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the scope of your project and is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Deposits and payment schedule
A 50% deposit is required before project work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining project balance is paid according to the payment schedule established for the project. Depending on the total project price, the remaining balance may be divided into 2 or 3 payments.
Payment processing
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stephanie's Creative Duo does not store or process your card, bank, or security-code information on this website.
Project agreements
Each project is governed by the proposal and project agreement you receive and approve. Those documents control scope, timeline, revisions, deposits, and payment schedule.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to you as described in your project agreement. Website content, logos, and images on this site belong to Stephanie's Creative Duo unless credited otherwise.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, software, plugins, and subscriptions provided by third parties are subject to their own terms and fees, which are separate from our services.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the services described in your project agreement.
